- To preach and propagate Jain philosophy, culture and principles of Jainism namely ‘Ahinsa’, ‘Satya’, ‘Universal Brotherhood’, Doctrine of “Live and Let Live” and other teachings of Lord Mahavir.
- To impart and spread the knowledge of fine arts such as dance, drama, music, painting and drawing.
- To provide means for imparting Nursery, Primary, Secondary, College as well as Technical, Industrial and Vocational education on modern lines employing scientific methods and latest teaching technique and aids.
- To arrange for the teaching of Hindi and other classical languages of India.
- To train teachers and constructive workers in modern techniques of teaching and social work.
- To serve as a clearing house of useful knowledge on educational and social matters.
- To promote better and harmonious relationship among the various communities living in the country.
- To work for adult and social education, uplift of women, welfare of children, unemployment relief etc. and to inject these activities with a content that can enable the person participating in them to sublimate their sentiments, emotions and urges so as to inculcate in them a love for unselfish service, self-discipline, self-help, thrift, tolerance, co-operation, truth and non-violence and to make them worthy citizens of a secular and democratic Republic.
- To establish and administer nursery, primary, secondary, senior secondary and higher educational institutions and also cultural and vocational institutions on modern scientific lines primarily for the benefit of Jain Community and also for Society at large to be managed by the Members of Jain Community alone as per Section 30(i) of Constitution of India.
- To deal with the social questions of Jain Samaj with the power and authority of the society.
- To safeguard the civic and other rights and privileges of the Jain Community and to impart moral education to the said Jain Community in accordance with the law of land.
- To provide scholarship to the deserving students of the Jain community for further studies.
- To provide the social services to the Jain community of whole India.
